The schedule timings vary seasonally as well as from course to course, so your schedule may not match exactly what is written here.

Please note that the schedule and availability of general yoga asana and meditation classes are subject to change at the last minute; and the timings of the classes, Ganga Havan and Aarti are dependant on the sunrise/sunset times.

Beginner Yoga Course

The Beginner Yoga program (Foundation Course) includes prayers, pranayama, traditional yoga asana, Yoga in the Bhagavad Gita / Vedic Philosophy, Vedic Chanting, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Each day will conclude with Ganga Puja, Havan, Arti at sunset and Yoga Nidra after dinner. Please note that there will be no classes on Guru Purnima and Independence Day

Finding Peace in the Chaos: Monday April 13th – Friday April 17th, 2009

This program will include 20 kriyas and general yoga asana, pranayama, meditation; and, lectures / discussion on “Finding Peace in Your Chaos”. Each day will conclude with Ganga Puja, Havan and Arti at sunset.
