To respect and maintain the traditional nature of the ashram, we request that attire be modest. Please no shorts, sleeveless tops, transparent clothing or otherwise revealing attire.

The Beginner Yoga program (Foundation Course) includes prayers, pranayama, traditional yoga asana, Yoga in the Bhagavad Gita, Vedic Chanting and Meditation. Each day will conclude with Ganga Puja, Havan and Arti at sunset.
Vedic Heritage and Spirituality – Intensive (April 1 - 30, 2008)
Instructors: Professors Dr. Usha & Indra Nath Choudhuri and others.
This program will include lectures on Vedic Culture, Religion, Heritage, Philosophy and Ecology based on the Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata and some literary texts like Kalidas's Shakuntala etc.; Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. Each day will begin with Satsang at 5 am and conclude with Ganga Puja, Havan and Arti at sunset.
Vinyasa Yoga – March 10 – 22, 2008
Instructors: Sadhvi Abha Saraswati [Mataji] & Bhavini Kalan
Yoga Teacher Training Course: Sept 15th – Oct 18th, 2008
Instructors: Sadhvi Abha Saraswati [Mataji] , Phoenix Armetesia & Indu
This 200 hour Parmarth Yoga Program includes prayers, Pranayama, Traditional and Vinyasa yoga asana, Yoga in the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, yoga therapy and teaching techniques, Vedic Chanting, Shramadaana, and Yoga Nidra and other meditation techniques. Each day will conclude with Ganga Puja, Havan and Arti at sunset. Meditation and satsang will be offered weekly.
